Our Pillars
In 2025, we continued to expand our reach and deepen our impact for youth and families involved in the child welfare system. Through innovative programs, partnerships, and peer-led support, we connected tens of thousands of members to the resources, opportunities, and guidance they need to thrive.
Everything we build is rooted in our commitment to three core pillars—Collective Voice, Community Resources, and Opportunity Pathways—which guide how we open doors, elevate lived experience, and deliver meaningful support to our community.
Community Resources
$467 million delivered in resources and services
72,328 accessed self-serve resources
86% of members surveyed said they got the resources they needed
31,164 received live support from Peer Support Specialists
24,931 youth received peer support to reach school, work, and life goals
Providing meaningful resources to our community is at the heart of what we do. Through our platform, partnerships, and programs, we connect members with the services and support they need to succeed—from essential resources to personalized guidance.
In 2025, we launched our Peer Support Specialists program, connecting youth with trained peers who understand their experiences and can help them navigate school, work, and life goals. Opportunity Pathways
Creating pathways to long-term stability and opportunity is a core part of our mission. We invest in programs that help youth with lived experience build skills, access career opportunities, and achieve financial stability.
In 2025, we trained foster youth in California to become Medi-Cal certified Peer Support Specialists, opening doors to meaningful careers in the healthcare field.
At the same time, our guaranteed income program provided monthly financial support to hundreds of youth, helping them cover essential expenses while working toward education, employment, and independence.

10 Medicaid plan contracts secured (across CA, KS, KY, OH, MI, and WV)
710 youth received 18 months of guaranteed income
Collective Voice
We believe the voices of those with lived experience should guide the work we do. Through support programs, our online community, and regular surveys, we listen closely to our members to ensure their perspectives shape our programs, priorities, and advocacy.
When our community told us that one of their greatest tangible needs was clothing, we listened. That feedback led to the creation of ReMade in America, an innovative program designed to address this need in a sustainable way. Throughout 2025, we worked tirelessly to develop and build this new initiative, and we are excited to open the doors to our first warehouse in April of 2026. Click the button to learn more.
