By iFoster Staff
We are pleased to announce a significant addition to our team at iFoster. Meredith Jaremchuk has joined us as our organization's first Chief Operating Officer. With her track record of success as the Chief Program Officer at Year Up and a foundational academic background with a Master's degree in Social Work, Nonprofit Leadership and Management Development Specialization from Loyola University Chicago, Meredith is exceptionally equipped to lead iFoster programming to continue and further success as we grow our impact nationwide. "iFoster is at an exciting juncture in our growth, and Meredith Jaremchuk's appointment as COO is a testament to our commitment to our mission of ensuring every child growing up outside of their biological home has the resources and opportunities, they need to achieve their full potential. Her track record of program excellence combined with her experience providing trauma-informed care and counseling to young people will enhance our ability to deliver the resources our community needs and the professional work experiences that enable our youth to smoothly transition to self-sufficiency and start careers.
I am thrilled to have Meredith on our team and look forward to the increased impact we can have together improving the lives of our most vulnerable children and youth," said Serita Cox, iFoster's CEO. Meredith's role at iFoster will be to oversee our jobs program and supportive services, including member support, resource navigation, resource delivery, and government benefits counseling and enrollment, all while advancing our mission to help our youth achieve self-sufficiency and reach their full potential. We are enthusiastic about the perspectives and expertise she brings to our organization. As we continue to grow our impact, having Meredith on our leadership team will be instrumental in helping us achieve our goals.
